What do we know about what is happening in African, Caribbean and Pacific countries (hereinafter - ACP)? Can we imagine how people live in our neighborhood or South Caucasus? Our attention is exclusively focused on the development of the strongest countries from which we seek support and whose example we follow. The fragmented coverage of less developed countries is overwhelmed by the flow of other information. A few years ago, while praying to the god of capitalism, we tried to satisfy our thirst for welfare, and recently we have been trying to protect our diminishing resources. We rarely think about the things that people in poor countries experience, the challenges they must face, the things that trouble them, the diseases they die from, and how natural disasters affect them...
